according to `lib.versionAtLeast` `2.90.0` >= `2.90.0-rc1`, but the
opposite is true :/
am i too tired to understand how this is actually right? or is this
incorrect? who knows

compiling arm stuff with qemu is way too slow lol

it seems disabling channels and only setting `nix.nixPath` doesn't allow
nix to actually find the channels from the env var. instead, you must
specify it in nix.conf
|
