The newer targetID is more visible, with only hickup being that the
overheal health cross is not fully visible. If the redesign and the
cross really bothers people, this change will be reverted.

- Fixed the objective and server timers not being positioned properly in
minmode
- Fixed the position of the casual and competitive badge level label
- Updated the size and font of the killfeed
- Updated the TargetID, added a killstreak icon
- Possibly fixed the TargetID and Cart Progress bars not being displayed
for some users

Fixed the party invitation overlaping the top hud menu. Removed demo ui

Jungle Inferno Update: This version is functional but untested in gameplay. If you experience any serious graphical issues or crashes, please report them to me and I'll have a hot-fix out tomorrow. Any other minor visual inconsistencies, oddities or overlaps will be fixed in the near future.
