Changed the color and minimized the resume button so that it's not being overlapped by the match queue panel

It's the panel that pops-up offering a map stamp to support the map makers. A proper fix has been sent to Valve, but until then this will do.

This file contains the latest rayshud clientscheme with necessary changes to work with MAC-OS as originally made back in early 2016. Your mileage may wary on how playable this is.

The newer targetID is more visible, with only hickup being that the
overheal health cross is not fully visible. If the redesign and the
cross really bothers people, this change will be reverted.
