Updated Schema Files
- Segregated icons to their own scheme file
- Removed unused scheme files and fonts
- Converted primary Cerbetica fonts from TTF to OTF
- Added additional borders
- Removed unused colors and xhairs
- Reorganized the font schema
- Enabled the xhair hitmarker layout
- Updated the source schema to work better on non-Windows OS
